Resetting the User Security Token in Traction Rec/Salesforce

Overview:

For Alaris to login via the API to your Traction Rec/Salesforce instance, we need a Security Token. If the Security Token is not automatically sent to us, we'll need it Reset.


Step-by-Step instructions

  1. Log into your Salesforce instance, select the Gear icon in the top right, then select Setup.


  1. On the left side, under the Users Menu, select Users, then on the right side, next to the User name select the Login link, then select the Reset my Security Token on the left side, then the Reset Security Token button on the right side.
