Adding Activities in the Alaris Staff Web App
Overview:
You can add Activities for members using the Alaris Staff app and activities can be added both Individually and as a Group.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Adding Individual Activities in the Staff Web App
- Log in to the Alaris Web app, click the members tab on the left, click on the child that you'd like to add an activity for, then click on their name.
- Select the Activity tab, then select +New on the top left of your screen.
- Here you can add the Location, Category, Date/time, Notes, and even add a Photo. Press Save when you are finished.
- You can now view the new activity.
Adding Group Activities in the Staff App
- Log into the Alaris Staff app, click the Appointments tab on the left. Filter by Location and Program. Multi-select the children you'd like to add an activity for, then click Actions in the top right corner.
- Select Add Activity.
- Select a Location, Category, Date, Time, add any Notes, upload a photo, then click Save:
- You can view each child's saved activity in the Activity tab of the Member profile.
