Adding and Viewing Activities in the Programs Staff App

You can add Activities for members using the Alaris Programs Staff app and activities can be added both Individually and as a Group.

Adding Individual and Group Activities in the Staff App
- Open then Alaris Programs Staff app, click on a child (or multiple children) in the list, then click Add Activity:
- Set the Category type, set the Date/Time, add any Notes, Take or Pick a Photo, then click Save.
- You can view the logged Activity in the child's Activity Log. First, select the child. Then select Open Member.
- Select Activity.
- Here you can see all of their activities.
