Adding and Viewing Activities in the Programs Staff App

Overview:

You can add Activities for members using the Alaris Programs Staff app and activities can be added both Individually and as a Group.

Adding Individual and Group Activities in the Staff App


  1. Open then Alaris Programs Staff app, click on a child (or multiple children) in the list, then click Add Activity:


  1. Set the Category type, set the Date/Time, add any Notes, Take or Pick a Photo, then click Save.


  1. You can view the logged Activity in the child's Activity Log. First, select the child. Then select Open Member.

  1. Select Activity.

  1. Here you can see all of their activities.
