Adding Phone Numbers in the Alaris Staff Web
Overview:
Using the Alaris Staff Portal, you can add Phone Numbers to a Members Account, as shown below.
Step-by-Step instructions:
- Log into the Alaris Staff Website.
- Click on the Members tab on the left side.
- Search for the member you want to add Phone Numbers to.
- Click on the name of the member.
- This will take you to the member's profile.
- Click on the Edit tab along the top.
- A pop out will open on the right side of the screen.
- Here, you can add a phone number to a user by selecting "Add Phone". Then select "Save".
Another way to do this is through the shortcut.
- Log into the Alaris Staff Website.
- Click on the Members tab on the left side
- Search for the member you want to add Phone Numbers to.
- Then, to the right of their name, select the button with three circles. This is the More Options button.
- Here, you can select "Edit".
- A pop up will appear to the right of your screen. Here you can add a phone number by selecting "Add Phone". Then select "Save".
