Adding Phone Numbers in the Alaris Staff Web

Overview:

Using the Alaris Staff Portal, you can add Phone Numbers to a Members Account, as shown below.

Step-by-Step instructions:

  1. Log into the Alaris Staff Website.
  2. Click on the Members tab on the left side.
  3. Search for the member you want to add Phone Numbers to.
  4. Click on the name of the member.

  1. This will take you to the member's profile.

  1. Click on the Edit tab along the top.
  2. A pop out will open on the right side of the screen.
  3. Here, you can add a phone number to a user by selecting "Add Phone". Then select "Save".

Another way to do this is through the shortcut.

  1. Log into the Alaris Staff Website.
  2. Click on the Members tab on the left side
  3. Search for the member you want to add Phone Numbers to.
  4. Then, to the right of their name, select the button with three circles. This is the More Options button.

  1. Here, you can select "Edit".
  2. A pop up will appear to the right of your screen. Here you can add a phone number by selecting "Add Phone". Then select "Save".
