Creating Guest Accounts in the Staff Web App

Overview:

You can add Guest Accounts in the Alaris Staff Web app as shown below.


Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log in to the Alaris Staff Web app.
  2. Select Member on the left hand side. Then, select New in the top right corner.

  1. A window will open to the right of the screen. Fill out the required fields for the guest that you are adding. Press Save.

  1. When you press Save, you will automatically be transferred to the guest's profile.

  1. Select the Family table. Then select +New to add more guests to the family.

  1. You will once again be prompted to fill out the required information for the new family member. Then click Save.

  1. You have now successfully created a guest account with a guest family member.
