Syncing Accounts at Check-In (Child Watch App Only)


Overview:

There are two sections in the Alaris Child Watch Check-In app that you can sync an account. If you see a message pop-up saying "Your Membership Is Invalid" (as shown in the first image below), you can select the Sync button to try and sync the account to update it to the newest info. When you reach the children section and see that a child is missing, you can select the "SOMEONE MISSING?" button (as shown in the second image below) and hit Sync (as shown in the third image below)




Step-by-Step instructions (Image One):

  1. Open the Alaris Child Watch Check-In app
  2. Start the check-in process, and once you put in the Barcode or Phone number of the parent, if they have a Valid Membership, they will not get a message, but if their Membership is Invalid, they will get a pop-up message saying get to the select a child screen, there will be a pop-up that will tell the parents/staff how much time is left for the child(ren) (Note: this pop-up will only show up for facilities who have this setting in place)
  3. Click OK to proceed.
