Syncing Accounts at Check-In


Overview:

Users can Sync their profiles by pressing the Check button during check-in to pull in any new information.



Step-by-Step instructions:

  1. Open the Alaris Kiosk app
  2. Start the check-in process by entering the PIN or phone number.

3. If you do not see new members on the account, press the Check button in the top right corner.


  1. This will Sync the parent's profile and import any new members or new account information.
