Time Limits (Child Watch App Only)

Overview:

If you see message pop-up saying "Time Left For The Week" then that means that the child or children who are being checked in are running out of the allotted Weekly Minutes (as shown in the first image below)

If you see a message pop-up saying "You've Used Up Your Daily Time Limit For..." then that means that the child or children who are being checked in have run out of the minutes allotted to them for that day (as shown in the second image below).

Step-by-Step instructions (Image One):

1. Open the Alaris Child Watch Check-In app
2. Start the check-in process, and once you get to the select a child screen, there will be a pop-up that will tell the parents/staff how much time is left for the child(ren) (Note: this pop-up will only show up for facilities who have this setting in place)
3. Click OK to proceed with check-in.

Step-by-Step instructions (Image Two):

1. Open the Alaris Child Watch Check-In app
2. Start the check-in process, and once you get to the select a child screen, there will be a pop-up that will tell the parents/staff how that the child or children have ran out of minutes for the day (Note: this pop-up will only show up for facilities who have this setting in place)
3. Click Override to proceed with check-in.
