Adding Notes and Medical Concerns to a Child's Account

Overview:

You can add Notes and Medical Concerns to any member on the Alaris Programs Staff app, as shown below.


Step-by-Step instructions:

  1. First, open the Alaris Staff App. Then, select the child who's profile you would like to edit.

  1. Select Open Member.

  1. Now you are viewing their Member Details page. Select Personal Info to open the Personal Info tab. Then, select Edit.

  1. You can now edit the user's personal information. Add the Medical Concerns and/or Notes for this child. Then, press Save.

  1. The information will now be listed in their Personal Info tab.

  1. Notice that now the child has both the Medical Concerns icon and the Notes icon listed under their name.
