Form Tracking

Overview:

You can see if a child has a Form on File by looking for the Form icon on the child that is currently checked in on the Alaris Childwatch Staff app, as shown below. You can also track if a child has a Form on File in the Alaris Childwatch Staff app as show below (image 2).

Step-by-Step instructions:

  1. Open the Alaris Childwatch Staff app
  2. In the list of children, look for the Form Icon, if they have the icon then they have a Form on File, if they don't have the icon, then they don't have a Form on File.

  1. Open the Alaris Childwatch Staff app
  2. Click the three horizontal lines in the top right
  3. Search / Edit
  4. Look-up the child that needs the forms to be tracked
  5. Click the Pencil Icon
  6. Go down to the text box of Form: and mark it as Yes
