Viewing Membership Type in Staff App

Overview:

In the Alaris Staff App, you can view the membership type of any user.


Step-by-Step instructions:

  1. Open the Alaris Staff app
  2. Select the child whose information you would like to view. Select Open Member.

  1. 3. You will now have opened their Member Details page. Select Membership Information to view their membership type.

  1. You can also view the membership type of family members. Select Family from the top.
  2. Then, select the family member whose information you would like to view.

  1. Then, repeat the steps above.
