Syncing Accounts in the Staff Website
Overview:
You can sync accounts of any member in the Alaris Staff Website as shown below (two examples).
Step-by-Step instructions (1st Example):
- Log into the Alaris Staff Website
- Go the Members tab on the left
- Look up the Member in the Search box
- Once selected on the member, click their name to open their profile.
- Then, select "Sync" from the options above.
- You should get a green Success message at the bottom right of the screen. If Syncing fails, you will get a red message (contact Alaris Support).
Step-by-Step instructions (2nd Example):
- Log into the Alaris Portal
- Go the Members tab on the left
- Look up the Member in the Search box
- To the right of the user, there is a button that looks like three dots in a row. Select this to open the shortcut menu.
- Click the Sync button.
- You should get a green Success message at the bottom right of the screen. If Syncing fails, you will get a red message (contact Alaris Support).
