Syncing Accounts in the Staff Website

Overview:

You can sync accounts of any member in the Alaris Staff Website as shown below (two examples).


Step-by-Step instructions (1st Example):

  1. Log into the Alaris Staff Website
  2. Go the Members tab on the left
  3. Look up the Member in the Search box

  1. Once selected on the member, click their name to open their profile.
  2. Then, select "Sync" from the options above.

  1. You should get a green Success message at the bottom right of the screen. If Syncing fails, you will get a red message (contact Alaris Support).

Step-by-Step instructions (2nd Example):

  1. Log into the Alaris Portal
  2. Go the Members tab on the left
  3. Look up the Member in the Search box
  4. To the right of the user, there is a button that looks like three dots in a row. Select this to open the shortcut menu.

  1. Click the Sync button.
  2. You should get a green Success message at the bottom right of the screen. If Syncing fails, you will get a red message (contact Alaris Support).
