Syncing Accounts in the Staff App

Overview:

You can sync accounts of any member in the family screen of the Alaris Child Watch Staff app, as shown below (example).

Step-by-Step instructions:

1. Open the Alaris Child Watch Staff app
2. In the top right corner click the Three Horizontal Lines and select Search/Edit
3. Look up the Member you want to sync and click on them
4. To the right of the Parents section, there is a Cloud icon, click that
5. It will then ask if you want to sync members from the cloud, click Yes
