Syncing Accounts in the Staff App

Overview:

You can sync accounts of any member in the family screen of the Alaris Staff app, as shown below (example).

Step-by-Step instructions:

1. Open the Alaris Staff app
2. Select the member whose profile you would like to sync. Then, select Open Member.

3. You are now on their member details page.
4. In the top right corner, you will see three dots. This will open more options.

5. Select Sync from those options. This will sync the profile.

6. You're all set! 🥳
