One Time Password

The way the login feature works is that the first time a person logs in, they are required to enter in a Security Code. The Browser that they log in with then stores that in the local cache so that on each successive login, they will not have to provide another security code. However, if their browser cache is reset/cleared, then they will be prompted for a Security Code again.
