Group Ex Check-In Process

Overview: This article will show you the step-by-step Check-In Process for Group Ex programs.


Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. First, press Start in the Alaris Kiosk App.

  1. If it is your first time checking in, please scan or enter your barcode number. This step is what registers your account in our system.

  1. If you have checked in before, you can enter your phone number instead.

  1. Select your name.

  1. A pop up will appear on the bottom of the screen. There will be a list here of the programs that are available for check in.

  1. The appointment you have will appear as the first option. Select Check-in, then, press Next.

  1. On the next screen, you will confirm that you are checking in for your appointment. Press Finish once you have confirmed that you are checking in to the correct program.
