In the Alaris Admin App your organization can set up Storage options for guests. This can include Cubbies, Lockers, Bag hooks, and more - whatever works for your organization's specific needs.
The storage can be listed in Numerical or Alphabetical format to reflect how things are set up at your location. The amount of storage spaces available can also be limited as needed.
When siblings are checked in at the same time, they will share the storage that the parent selects during the Kiosk check in process. The storage is assigned to the family, not to the particular individual.
The storage can also be applied to only specific locations within your organization.
- For example, if you were to create a Storage option, it would only be applied to the specific locations that you select. It will not be automatically applied to all locations.
Storage can also be turned off at any time. You can set the Storage to Inactive to turn it off. You can turn it back on at any time by setting it back to Active.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- First, you will log in to the Alaris Staff Web Portal.
- Next, under Setup, you will select Storage.
- Select "+ADD" in the top right corner to create a new storage unit.

- Here, you will select the facility that this storage will be for under Location.
- Name the storage.
- You will then select what type of unit the storage will have. You can select None, Alpha, or Numeric.



- Make sure to fill out the Max number of units available. This represents how many storage units there are.

- Once you are done, press Save. 🥳
