Add a Program Restriction to an App Installation

Overview: This article will show you how to add a Program Restriction to a new or existing app installation. This restriction makes it so that the tablet only displays the selected Programs, not everything that exists for the particular facility.


Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. First, open the Alaris Admin Web Portal.
  2. Then, select Admin on the left.
  3. Select App Installations.
  4. Find the App Installation you need to edit, or create New.

  1. A window will appear to the right. This will allow you to edit the app installation.
  2. Select Access.
  3. Then, Select a Program.

  1. This allows the tablet to be restricted to one program, so users cannot check into any other programs from this tablet.

  1. Press Done.
  2. Press Save to save your changes.
