How To: Usage Restrictions

Overview:

This article will walk you through how to set up Usage Restrictions in the Alaris Staff Web Portal.


Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. First, you will log in to the Alaris Staff Web Portal.
  2. Then, you will select Setup - Usage Restrictions.
  3. You can open an existing Usage Restriction to change it, or you can create a new one. For this example, we will create a new one. Select +Add in the top right corner.

  1. First, you will name your Usage Restriction.
  2. Next, you will fill out the Configuration. Here, you fill out the fields you want configured. You can set the Max Appointments, Max Drop-Ins, Max Time, and Max Time Unit.


  1. You can then set what time period this applies to under Per. (Day, week, or month)
  2. Next, you will set the Scope. This determines where this Usage Restriction will be applied. It can be applied to the Organization, a Location, Program, or Session.

  1. Once this is completed, press Save. You're done! 🥳
