How To: Usage Restrictions
Overview:
This article will walk you through how to set up Usage Restrictions in the Alaris Staff Web Portal.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- First, you will log in to the Alaris Staff Web Portal.
- Then, you will select Setup - Usage Restrictions.
- You can open an existing Usage Restriction to change it, or you can create a new one. For this example, we will create a new one. Select +Add in the top right corner.
- First, you will name your Usage Restriction.
- Next, you will fill out the Configuration. Here, you fill out the fields you want configured. You can set the Max Appointments, Max Drop-Ins, Max Time, and Max Time Unit.
- You can then set what time period this applies to under Per. (Day, week, or month)
- Next, you will set the Scope. This determines where this Usage Restriction will be applied. It can be applied to the Organization, a Location, Program, or Session.
- Once this is completed, press Save. You're done! 🥳
