How to Send a Message/Text/SMS in the Alaris Staff App

Overview: This guide will provide instructions to sending Emails and Text Messages to parents in the Alaris Staff App

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. First, open the Alaris Staff App.
2. Next, select the child whose parents you need to Text or Email. Select Send Message.

3. First, you will select the Guardian.
4. You can then select a text from the list of automated messages, or type a Custom Message.

5. You will now select the "Send As" option. This is where the staff member will select their name.
6. Finally, you will select whether this will be a text (SMS) or an Email.
7. Then, press Send.
