Manually Creating Reservations in Alaris Staff Web App

Overview:

Staff can manually create reservations for members using the Alaris Staff Web app.


Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log in to the Alaris Staff website for your organization.
  2. Select the Appointments tab on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click +Add in the top right corner to create a reservation.


  1. A window will pop up to the right of the screen. Here, you will be prompted to Select a Member. A window will appear that will allow you to search for the member you would like to book an appointment for.

  1. Make sure that the member is selected, then click Done.
  2. Next, you will fill out the Booked By section.
  3. Then, you will choose the session you would like to book for. You will then be prompted to select a date and time.
  4. When you filled out all required fields, click Save.


  1. The appointment you have made is now listed. You're done!
