Creating Groups in the Alaris Portal

Overview:

Using the Alaris Staff Portal, you can assign children to Groups on a per program basis, as shown below.


Step-by-Step instructions:

  1. Log into the Alaris Staff Portal, set your Facility, select the Rosters tab on the left, then select the Filters icon in the top right.


  1. Expand the Program filter and select the specific program for which you want to assign children to a group, then click Done.


  1. Select the children that you want to assign to a group, then click the blue button in the top right, then select the Assign to group option.


  1. Lastly, select an Existing Group from the dropdown (or select the Create new group option), then select Assign.
