Creating Groups in the Alaris Portal
Overview:
Using the Alaris Staff Portal, you can assign children to Groups on a per program basis, as shown below.
Step-by-Step instructions:
- Log into the Alaris Staff Portal, set your Facility, select the Rosters tab on the left, then select the Filters icon in the top right.
- Expand the Program filter and select the specific program for which you want to assign children to a group, then click Done.
- Select the children that you want to assign to a group, then click the blue button in the top right, then select the Assign to group option.
- Lastly, select an Existing Group from the dropdown (or select the Create new group option), then select Assign.
